Refund & Return Policy

1. Ticket Sales Are Generally Final

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, all ticket purchases made through Strategic Ticketing are considered final. Tickets are not eligible for returns or exchanges simply because a ticket holder changes their mind, cannot attend the event, arrives late, or has a scheduling conflict.

2. Event Cancellations

If an event is canceled and the event organizer authorizes refunds, eligible ticket purchasers will receive a refund according to the event organizer's refund instructions. Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Postponed or Rescheduled Events

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, previously purchased tickets will generally remain valid for the new event date. If the event organizer authorizes refunds, eligible ticket holders will be provided with instructions and the applicable refund deadline.

4. Event Changes

Minor changes to an event, including changes to performers, speakers, schedules, venue arrangements, seating configurations, or other event details, may not automatically qualify a ticket holder for a refund. If an event organizer determines that a material change warrants refunds, Strategic Ticketing will communicate the applicable refund procedures.

5. Service and Processing Fees

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated for a particular event, service, convenience, processing, or other ticketing fees may be non-refundable. Any refund amount will be determined based on the applicable event terms and the circumstances giving rise to the refund.

6. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before completing payment. Duplicate purchases, accidental purchases, or purchases made for the wrong event or date are generally not refundable unless the event organizer or Strategic Ticketing expressly approves an exception.

7. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, contact your financial institution immediately and contact Strategic Ticketing with the relevant transaction information. Strategic Ticketing may investigate suspected fraudulent transactions and may cancel tickets associated with fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

8. Event Organizer Responsibility

Strategic Ticketing provides ticketing and payment-processing services for events hosted by independent event organizers. The event organizer is generally responsible for determining event-specific refund, cancellation, postponement, and admission policies. Where applicable, Strategic Ticketing will facilitate communications and refund processing in accordance with the event organizer's instructions and applicable law.

9. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved and initiated, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account may depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Strategic Ticketing is not responsible for delays caused by a customer's financial institution or payment provider.

10. Chargebacks

Customers should contact Strategic Ticketing or the applicable event organizer before initiating a payment dispute when possible. Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions should be reported promptly.

12. Legal Rights
